This ad account was new - and the main objective was simple: drive consistent website purchases for a traditional snack products store. I ran five purchase campaigns, each optimized for conversions.
In the early stage, I faced a challenge: no product videos available. To fix that, I created AI-generated product videos and started testing multiple variations. One creative turned out to be a clear winner and delivered over 60 purchases on its own. A second video performed well too, bringing more than 9 purchases, but the main winner continued to outperform everything else.
What made this project interesting is that the entire performance boost came without increasing the budget and without making any CRO changes inside the store. The improvement came almost entirely from the creative work. The winning video acted like a full optimization engine by itself — lifting the conversion rate, lowering the cost per purchase, and stabilizing the campaigns through stronger pixel learning.
Once the creatives were solved and optimized, performance improved significantly across the board. CR increased, ROAS went above 1 after being below 1 at the start, and the campaign structure stabilized with more efficient spending.
- Total Spend: 6,122.99 SAR
- Purchases: 79
- ROAS: 1.45
- CR: 3.05%
- CPM: 48.56 SAR
- Reach: 72,075
- Impressions: 126,098
- CPC: 2.37 SAR
- Link Clicks: 2,586
- CTR: 2.05%
- Landing Page Views: 2,036
- Average Order Value: 107.27 SAR ...!!!!!!!!!
This performance shows how the right creative can work as a full optimization system — improving conversions, reducing costs, and building a strong conversion AI signal, even before touching the website or increasing the budget.
