My Top Tiktok Message Campaign for Women Massage in Saudi Arabia

TikTok Campaign – Women’s Spa Section Opening (Saudi Arabia)

This was one of my best-performing WhatsApp message campaigns on TikTok.
But the success came after a failed attempt.

and I even shared a detailed case study on LinkedIn to highlight the results.

The Challenge

At first, I launched a campaign using unclear content.
The ad creatives did not match Saudi culture, and the message was not strong enough.
As a result, the campaign failed, and the women spa manager contacted me about the poor performance.

The Fix

I decided to rebuild the campaign in a very simple way:

I asked the client to send me photos of the spa from outside and inside.

For the outside photo, I didn’t add any copy — just the clean image of the new women’s section entrance.
For the inside photos, I only added simple text: a discount + a clear announcement of the new women’s section opening.

The Results

The winning creative was the outside entrance photo.
It felt natural, trustworthy, and attractive to the local audience.

WhatsApp Messages: 2,768

Spend: 716 SAR (≈ $190)

Cost per Message: 0.26 SAR (≈ $0.07)

The results were amazing — more than 2,000 high-intent messages at a very low cost.

Sometimes the simplest creatives perform the best.
By adapting the content to local culture and focusing on authentic visuals, I turned a failed campaign into one of the top-performing TikTok campaigns for this spa.
