I managed TikTok campaigns for a car wash center in Dammam.
Creative Strategy:
This was one of the best projects where I applied negative content hooks in ad creatives. Example:

These negative hooks made a big difference in performance, leading to higher clicks and more WhatsApp messages from TikTok ads.
Conversion Path:
At first, I directed traffic to the Google Maps location of the car wash. Later, the client informed me that the phone number on Google Maps was no longer valid, and he couldn’t access the business profile to update it.
Because of this, I shifted the focus to WhatsApp conversations as the main conversion point.
Spend & Results (Jan 2025 – Apr 2025):

Clicks: 2,590
Conversions (WhatsApp messages): 945
Average CPC: 0.53 SAR
Average Cost per Conversion: 1.46 SAR
